I worked with Dez on getting my dream mom-mobile. (A 2022 Hyundai Palisade), The process was so easy, he was so nice to work with and we did not feel pressured to make the purchase and he was able to (A 2022 Hyundai Palisade), The process was so easy, he was so nice to work with and we did not feel pressured to make the purchase and he was able to work with us to get out ideal price point on monthly payments. The staff was very kind upon entry and our processing with financing was a breeze with Drew! Was able to get a good care package as well with the purchase of the car for oil changes and what not. Second vehicle we’ve brought at Ricart the past 2 1/2 years! Mark Geiger was our sales person and he was awesome to work with! Not pushy!!! Can’t leave out the sweet girl, Ashley I believe, who took our down payment! The only real negative remark I have is in regard to our experience with “Amy Ingram”. I understand that is the AI response system. The email responses were not helpful. When I requested information on specific cars I only got emails that said I would be getting that information “soon”. I never did. More
