The sales rep misspelled my name causing your dealership to run 15 credit inquiries. I bank with Chase and Wright Patt they had me pre-approved. Just my one negativity was the credit pull, and I wouldn't have known it unless one of the creditors hadn't requested a call from me, due to the credit alerts I have placed on my account. More
