Traded in my SUV for my daughter and purchased a car Sofia was so kind with patience listening allowed us to make the best decision with no pressure and i had my 2yr & 5yr old granddaughters with us she Sofia was so kind with patience listening allowed us to make the best decision with no pressure and i had my 2yr & 5yr old granddaughters with us she helped keep them busy so we could find a car, she felt like family!! Then finance team (sorry I don't remember your names were just kind awesome sat down and talked with us with a offer gave us time to make the best decision again with no pressure they observed from afar and noticed we were struggling with a decision and approached us with a even better offer!!! Yeah who does that right? Again felt like family.. Then had the pleasure to meet Tim he did the financing such a great warm welcome very caring explaining all the paperwork in detail with best options again felt like family. Overall best experience i have ever had with a Dealership from the warm smiles and greetings before we entered someone was holding the door open for us welcoming us in ,we were there most of Sunday but we all had a great time😊😊 we drove from Mansfield Ohio and it's not the first time we bought from Ricart and it's worth the trip!!!
