Bought my car online, Jeremy Kirk called me the next day and set everything up! I He was very nice! We drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up my new car and everything went very smoothly! Upon arrival on a Sunday, we really only came to browse for cars. Tayler was our sales rep. She was able to locate the cars we had previously looked at online, pulled keys for us, and drove us around in th for cars. Tayler was our sales rep. She was able to locate the cars we had previously looked at online, pulled keys for us, and drove us around in the rain on the golf cart to check out our selections. We only test drove one, but had to leave shortly after. We had planned to come back the next day, but wanted to try and get a jump start on the process beforehand. I work an 8-5 job with limited availability to talk on the phone and she was able to communicate through text like a breeze. It was SO convenient for us. Upon arrival, we drove the car again and got to work. The process was executed seamlessly, Tayler was amazing, and they stayed late to help us drive away in our new car. Every person we spoke with was very professional and personable. We will be lifetime customers of Ricart because of our experience with Tayler in two days. Thank you!!! More
