I was looking at this Blazer for a couple of weeks at Ricart. When I shop for anything I look for 4 or more stars. In my search I went to the reviews and when I read the ones for Josuel I said that is ex Ricart. When I shop for anything I look for 4 or more stars. In my search I went to the reviews and when I read the ones for Josuel I said that is exactly what I’m looking for, lots of stars and I was impressed. We talked via email. At that time i didn’t make an appt. I did finally decide to call and started talking to Clay and we set up an appt. He didn’t know I had already been in contact with Josuel so he took the reins. The greeter had a big smile and was also very nice. Now I finally meet Josuel. He told me and pointed to where the refreshments were and that he would be back with me. He had the car already pulled up and warm for me to test drive. He broke the numbers down and talked about credit scores and why they are so important. He was so patient and explained everything throughly and was very easy to talk to, it was like we already knew each other. Everyone was polite and made sure to ask if you needed help if they saw you just sitting. I would easily go back to Ricart because of the great experience and to work with Josuel again. Whwn I first called with questions on the car, Brandon was very friendly and answered all my questions.
