Josuel was very quick and efficient and got me my car for the amount I was looking for. I would definitely go back to him. Noah Stein was my salesman, very professional and patient as I browsed. I found the truck I wanted and we got the paperwork started. I went here back in March to buy an SUV when we were looking we found a suv the cell rep told us our tires were brand new that they were under warranty if we had nails or anything happened to our tires looking we found a suv the cell rep told us our tires were brand new that they were under warranty if we had nails or anything happened to our tires it would be covered well last month I got a nail in my tire and I scheduled to get an oil change and get the tire looked at and when I went in the service center told me that the person that sold me the car in fact lied that the tires weren't brand new and they barely got by and I would have to replace not one but all four of them. So here Im about to spend over 1400 on freaking tires because they lied . I called like the service center guy told me to and they were rude Please save your money don't go to the xxxxhole place. I would hate to see someone else get xxxxed over by this place. More

Alecia was great to work with - very friendly, very professional! I was there to work with her on a vehicle I found online. However, the overall process to purchase was very long, drawn out, and not professional! I was there to work with her on a vehicle I found online. However, the overall process to purchase was very long, drawn out, and not a good experience. I was very honest about my trade-in stating the engine was bad and I needed to have it towed in. Her manager had all documents drawn up, processed and signed, and I met with their business/finance guy on warranties etc. I wrote a check for the balance of the vehicle (40k+) and gave it to the cashier. The manager then told me he needed another $3,100.00 since my car was appraised site unseen and the engine was bad. I explained that I was upfront about this and that is why I had the vehicle towed. My sales associate also stated I mentioned this. Prior to signing anything I clearly asked if the numbers were accurate so I could determine to accept or reject. I told the manager I wasn't going to pay $3,100 more since everything was signed and the vehicle was already paid for. If this is their process, it should be clearly noted that the trade-in value is subject to change upon full appraisal. To change legal documents after a deal has been signed and paid for seems illegal. This was the 3rd vehicle I purchased from Ricart, and I was not impressed with the way this purchase was handle. I had to rework the deal with the managers boss, and I was literally there all day! Additionally, they never installed the vehicle mats (as promised), never looked into the the small scratch on mirror (as promised), and simple ripped off the window stickers and left the sticky mess on the windshield for me to clean! While I love my vehicle, I will no longer be a repeated customer, nor would I recommend Ricart. More
