I had an exceptionally pleasant experience purchasing a car at the Ricart Used Car Factory thanks to sales consultant Yeohoon Yoon. I was dreading the process with the typical fast-talking, impatient salesman showing me cars I really couldn't afford. Yeohoon is a very caring, personable young man. He patiently drove me all around the lot, stopping to get out and show me one car after another. And after 3 hours and 2 test drives I found just the right one for me. Salesman was wondful. He was busy with others while helping us. But kept it fast and easy on his end. I didn't appreciate the manager.
