This past Saturday, I bought our second family car from Josuel Salcedo at Ricart in Groveport. He gave us such a great experience a couple years ago, that we remembered him and called him to help us out again this past Saturday. He called me back immediately, gave a time for us to come in, and made time to work with us. While we were at the dealership, I witnessed two other people, specifically asking to work with Josuel. He was so busy, trying to accommodate as many people as possible, and is superior at multitasking, while getting the job done. He took us to view at least 8 cars on the lot, and was patient with us to make sure we made the decision that was best for us. He stayed with us two hours after closing time to ensure we had everything we needed before I left with my new car. He is just such a pleasure to work with, and is the definition of a ‘hustler’ – his hard work ethic is unmatched. I've purchased many cars over the years and not sure exactly what I wante car at the Ricart Used Car Factory thanks to sales consultant Yeohoon Yoon. I've purchased many cars over the years and not sure exactly what I wanted this time. I was dreading the process with the typical fast-talking, impatient salesman showing me cars I really couldn't afford. Yeohoon is a very caring, personable young man. He patiently drove me all around the lot, stopping to get out and show me one car after another. And after 3 hours and 2 test drives I found just the right one for me.
