Getting closer to a consumer facing experience After walking into the dealership to test drive a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited I was greeted by Vince. I let him know that I was just looking to test d After walking into the dealership to test drive a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited I was greeted by Vince. I let him know that I was just looking to test drive and we were off in about ten minutes. During the test drive there was no pressure to view the car in any specific way and I was able to take my time and form my own opinions. After the drive I decided I wanted start the buying process as I was pretty happy with the vehicle. My experience with Vince was fantastic and I never felt like I was being pressured into the purchase. After some preliminary information gathering and checks I was greeted by another individual who was to go over the numbers. At this point the experience changed and it felt more like the traditional car buying experience. I am not sure why there is a middle man between the sales person and the finance person but out of the four people who spoke to me that day, I feel as if I really only needed to speak with two. If there was one part of the process that I would change it would be this part as this is where I felt most uncomfortable. Once I was able to make it to Michelle in financing the process became smooth sailing. Michelle was very helpful in explaining the documents and going over my options and within half an hour I had signed the paperwork and was on my way home. Communication with Vince after a week has been superb, no matter if it's through text or email, I'm not a huge phone call person but he was even open to that. I reached out to him for assistance with setting up Hyundai Blue Link because I had found the VIN was registered to the original owner. Within 12 hours of emailing him about it I had it set up and started using it. Not having a lot of experience with purchasing cars (this was only my third) I was not looking forward to the process. I know with the Internet the game has changed quite a bit but it feels as if some legacy concepts and processes are trying to hold on. Overall I enjoyed the main parts of buying the vehicle from Ricart and would do it again knowing what I know now, however it would be nice if there were less interactions to deal with. More

Ricart made it right when the used truck had problem We purchased a certified 2016 F150 a little over a week ago. We took it to the local Ford dealer here in WV for safety inspection. The brake pads w We purchased a certified 2016 F150 a little over a week ago. We took it to the local Ford dealer here in WV for safety inspection. The brake pads were shot and the rotors rusted. The theory is that the truck must have sat on the lot over the summer with road salt on the pads and rotors. I am not sure why it wasn’t noted on the 135 point inspection, but Ricart came through. They paid our local Ford dealer via credit card right away so our truck could be fixed immediately. I was so relieved to have it fixed and be safely on my way the same day! My husband was really worried because he did not feel it would have been safe to drive until repaired. Thanks Ricart! More
