Poor customer service Bought a truck from here and was told the cracked windshield was a "safety" issue, they failed to mention that the power steering pump was bad and I h Bought a truck from here and was told the cracked windshield was a "safety" issue, they failed to mention that the power steering pump was bad and I had my truck lock up on me, nearly causing an accident. I was told the windshield place would call me on tuesday, I had to call them a week later after giving them the opportunity to call me like I was originally told and now 3 weeks later I'm finally getting my windshield replaced with an aftermarket one because ricart would not pay for the original cracked windshield. When I called to see if they could help me out, I was told to pay a 100 dollar deductible for them to even look at it. I would not recommend this dealer to future buyers, poor touch up paint work and sheisty sales people. Have bought 6 cars from here but will not again nor will I recommend to anyone. More

We realize that turning in our Nissan truck and purchasing a used vehicle took more time. Colton was an excellent person to work with and he deserves a bonus as he spent a lot of time with us and answered every question we proposed. We've dealt with Ricart before, actually since it was owned by Dad Ricart! We are very happy with our purchase of a Ford Escort. We would most likely deal at Ricart again! More
