All around great experience! I went in on a Tuesday morning just trying to gather some information and get an idea of what steps i would be looking at to get into a newer car. (My previous vehicles transmission went out the night before.) Joe greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I told him i need a car but wasnt sure if I would be able to qualify for anything. Instead of brushing me off or trying to sell the biggest price tag he worked with me to find what would be a good fit for my daughter and I. He walked me through each step of the application process and showed me a few different cars before we found the one. He spent more than 5 hours trying to get me into a vehicle that day, and he succeeded!! I drove off the lot in a new (to me) 2017 ford! So appreciative of the standards Ricart staff members hold themselves to! Very impressed and will be coming back when I want to trade up to newer!! Stephon also made the paperwork a breeze! More
