Was invited to look around by Courtney and then set up with Deshawn. They had recently moved cars around so Deshawn had to do a lot of literal running around to find 1 of each of the 5 cars we wanted to try, and didn’t seem to mind at all. Us find the car we liked was his priority. Once we decided on one he was as nice as could be and very genuine in his interest of us being happy with our selection. They offered why I had seen online as a far trade for my vehicle. When comparing shopping experiences with other dealer, while not bad, were not as personal as DeShawn. We were his top priority. Just One Bad Apple Our salesman was very friendly and warm, and seemed to genuinely want to help us find the right car. We visited twice before buying, but he was graci Our salesman was very friendly and warm, and seemed to genuinely want to help us find the right car. We visited twice before buying, but he was gracious when we changed our minds or asked to see a different model, and was attentive when we shared our discoveries on the repair history of cars (after doing research on the models we looked at). He came in on his day off to assure that everything went smoothly with our final sale. HOWEVER, another team member was absolutely awful. Jason Ricart gave us the worst customer experience ever. Dibian had grabbed him to basically try to convince us to not go to another dealership before we left. Now, I understand this tactic, and that in and of itself is fine. But, when Jason came to see us, he said only my wife's name, and basically ignored me. And this continued throughout the discussion: he stared and talked only to my wife, ignoring me; he brushed off any questions she had and seemed very arrogant. When we asked about what kind of warranty's would be offered, instead of giving us a legitimate answer, he said we'd have to wait till we signed for it. Overall, every other person at Ricart treated us extremely well and went out of their way to help us find the right car. Sometimes, it just takes one bad apple to sour the batch. More
