Salesman was wondful. He was busy with others while helping us. But kept it fast and easy on his end. I didn't appreciate the manager. I feel he judged me and assumed I was being a xxxxx, when I was neutral the entire time. Then came over and tried to up sell me as if he didn't just insult me. Finance had to redo my paperwork, but that didn't take any time, although they kept pushing my buttons after I said no to additional. Overall, this experience was better than the last I had at Ricart, and Josuel was great! I felt I could trust what he told me unlike so many others. More
