Mixed feelings about my experience. I came here to buy a specific truck I found online. The price was good and seemed to be in great shape. The day after I bought it the moonroof broke a I came here to buy a specific truck I found online. The price was good and seemed to be in great shape. The day after I bought it the moonroof broke and it sounds like Im out of luck on getting it fixed since it's not certified. Not really what I would expect after spending over $30,000 on a truck. Some of the people I worked with were very nice others seemed like they didn't really care at all and that I was just one of many customers. I am very pleased with the pro-tec ceramic coating I got which is the one thing I thought was going to be a rip-off but it turns out the customer service and quality really is what they advertise. I don't know that I could recommend going to ricart but I don't think I would tell some one not to go either. If it's your first time buying I would go somewhere else. They like to do the what do you want your monthly payment to be instead of what you are paying for the vehicle. So it helps to know what you are doing a bit when you walk in or it will end up costing you a lot more. More

2017 Kia Sportage Puchase I have very limited time and always look to streamline processes. I researched cars online and found what I was looking for at Ricart Used Car Factory I have very limited time and always look to streamline processes. I researched cars online and found what I was looking for at Ricart Used Car Factory. I spoke with Catrice and told her I desired to spend as little time at the dealership as possible but did want to consider financing (already had a preapproved loan from my bank). She took my information over the phone and we exchanged a few messages and an hour or so later I knew they could beat the finance offer. I set an appt for the next day. I was met by Deshawn when we arrived. We test drove the vehicle, reviewed all of the specs and warranties and he took us to the finance dept. I less than two hours all was complete and I drove off in my new car. Everyone was not only efficient but a pleasure to work with. I will definitely consider coming back for future purchases. Thanks!
