We saw a few cars online and I called and spoke with Dante Dela Rosa Jr, who was very friendly and helpful as well. When we arrived Dante introduced us to Josuel Salcedo who was our sales assistant and he was FANTASTIC to deal with! He was so willing to find just the right car for our needs and help us in anyway he could! We give him the HIGHEST recommendation! We discovered that his wonderful attitude is a family trait......small world......found out his father in law is who we bought one of our other vehicles from at Ricart almost 3 years ago! We also love that Ricart is a very family oriented business and many of the employees we dealt with throughout the purchasing process have been there for many, many years and are very happy working at Ricart! Purchased my seventh vehicle from Ricart Ford. I've purchased several vehicles from Ricart Ford. Two were new and the rest were used cars. Mostly I've bought Fords, but even when I wasn't buying I've purchased several vehicles from Ricart Ford. Two were new and the rest were used cars. Mostly I've bought Fords, but even when I wasn't buying a Ford, I had the same great experience with Ricart. Of the 20 or so people I have recommended to shop at Ricart, 30% of them have purchased vehicles as well. If I didn't like my experience, I certainly wouldn't have suggested friends and family shop there. Keep up the good work. More

Best Used Car Buying Experience I think the stat of selling 800 cars per month tells of the size of Ricart (The lot is immense!). Ask for Conor My mother and I took my grandmother to Ricart the beginning of June 2019 to look at a few select vehicles and potentially purchase a new used car. Whe My mother and I took my grandmother to Ricart the beginning of June 2019 to look at a few select vehicles and potentially purchase a new used car. When we first arrived, a sales man by the name of Conor Sullivan came to assist in helping us find certain vehicles we were interested in. I cannot say how extremely kind this young man was. My grandma has had the same vehicle for over 15 years, which she purchased with my grandpa, whom is no longer with us. Conor took the time to walk with us, on a VERY hot sunny day; answering any and all questions we had. We walked down every row of cars looking at what would be the best option. After much deliberation, we decided to leave and come back the next day to test drive two cars my grandma couldn’t decide between. Conor knew we were on the way and had them both ready, he even picked us up in their golf cart so my grandma wouldn’t have to walk far, as their lot is very big. He again took the time to listen to her questions and answer them. Never making her, or us, feel pressured to buy. Once my grandma made a decision on which car she liked best, we proceeded with purchasing the vehicle. A few days later my grandma needed to return to the dealership to drop off a few items. I had previously spoken with Conor, asking if he could give a particular memento to her of her old car. He did and I cannot say just how much this meant to her. Conor is a incredible sales man, he listens to what you want, going above and beyond what I would consider the job of a typical sales person. He truly made our experience one of a kind. If you are in need of a new used car, please do yourself a favor, go to Ricart and ask for Conor Sullivan to assist you. You will not regret it. More
