Patty I was disappointed when I got out of finacing everyone was gone. It was raining, thunder, and lighting the other salemen had brought the cars over for I was disappointed when I got out of finacing everyone was gone. No one went over the option of what the car came with or how they work. I had to call my son for him to tell me what I got and help me set it up. I do understand that I got there about 630 quarter to 7 but still. They also lost my Columbus Crew license plate cover. So if I had to do this all over I probably would not come back. More

Great out-of-state sales experience I live out of state and have been looking for a particular used car that I found at Ricart. He did a wonderful job was not high pressure, took the time to show us additional vehicles that we asked to see just to be sure of our initial selection on the flex, and listened to all of our wants or concerns, very professional. I would also like to address Joe (I believe was his name) supervisor of the service department for all of his help even though our vehicle was purchased "as is" he made sure the repair was done at no cost to us which was a great relief to us and only furthered enhanced our experience with Ricart. The financing department worked hard to get us the best financing deal, the manager of the sales department took great care in ensuring we got the best value for our purchase and that we would leave happy with what we paid. I'd also like to address Jon Prater. Although he wasn't involved in the sale (we've know each other for over 15 years) he made sure to see that we were happy with our purchase and spoke highly of Nijia and Ricart. Overall a great experience, highly recommended, and when it comes time we will definitely be looking at Ricart for our next vehicle. More
