Great sales staff, not so great experience afterwards. We recently purchased a 2010 Mazda 6 and are very happy with the car. The sales staff Hannah and Chris really took care of us. The issue we have was with the post-sale detailing. Since the car was not detailed prior to us purchasing it we set up an appointment to bring it back in to have it detailed. We were not impressed with the job at all, my husband found the trunk area was still dirty as well as alot of nooks and crannies. It looks like there was no attempt made to removed the roadpaint from the body that the previous owner managed to get on the car. The detailing job came across as "well we already sold the car so who cares." My husband would have done a better job in the 4 hours it took them to do this. More
