Great salesman Kyle was excellent in showing me the vehicle I was interested in and did his best to make the sale move quickly but due to a hand written loan agreeme Kyle was excellent in showing me the vehicle I was interested in and did his best to make the sale move quickly but due to a hand written loan agreement from my credit union the process was slowed down significantly. Great Used Car Buying Experience I had an idea in my mind that buying a used car from a dealer was going to come with certain hassles. However, Matt and Lauren exceeded my expectatio I had an idea in my mind that buying a used car from a dealer was going to come with certain hassles. However, Matt and Lauren exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make purchasing my 2011 Volvo C70 easier than I could have ever imagined. They were not pushy, and were very helpful. I drove from the Cincinnati area as I had been looking for this particular car for a while but the price or condition was not ideal anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Matt, Lauren, and Ricart and would buy a car again from them again in the future. More

An Okay Experience I went to buy a car and the nice sales lady Charity approached us and helped us out in buying a car. She was a really big help throughout the process. I would 100% recommend going to her if you are ever buying a car there. The manager Tim was really rude and kinda put us down which I almost didn't even buy the car at all. He just made it more hard than it was to just get the car. In the end, I bought the car after all that hassle and that's that. Overall, an okay experience, thank you Charity for helping us! More
