I had spent several weeks shopping online and even drove to Cincinnati to look at a truck only to be disappointed and frustrated. On a whim, my wife and I went to Ricart on the way home and just looked at what they had. The selection was fantastic and we drove one that day. Did I mention that I HATE buying a car? We worked with Logan Gray and it was completely different from what I remember from my last purchase. No pressure, no “Hand off” game, just easy going and helpful information. Went back the next day and purchased the truck. The process was smooth and relaxed. The atmosphere at the dealership was professional and not the “Cheezy” stereotype “Used car dealership”. Being a high maintenance customer, I was completely comfortable with the experience and have already made a referral. Thanks to Logan and his team, I made it through this scary process unharmed and happy. More

Found a car but it took too long We found the car I wanted and at a fair price. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the process took way too long to complete. We knew We found the car I wanted and at a fair price. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the process took way too long to complete. We knew the car we wanted when we arrived and the whole process took 4 hours! It should not take that long! Our salesman, Dee was personable, knowledgeable and professional, but it took 2 hours to test drive, get agreement on the trade-in value of my old car, and agreement on the sales price. Then another 2 hours to get completed paperwork and our plates put on the new car. I should note that I have excellent credit so that was not a delay. And it was a rainy day so the dealership wasn't overly busy. This process could and should be improved. More

I had only limited interaction with Chris, but he was efficient, competent, and authoritative, without seeming arrogant or off-putting (exactly what "management" is supposed to be). Stephon was funny, and endearing, and made me feel like we were friends, rather than clients. The endgame took a little longer than I would have liked, but I think that had more to do with my husband's vacillating on financing versus paying outright than anything the staff did or didn't do. More
