Time I arrived at the dealership found car, looked over car well, test drive, deal closeing. Total time 1 hour 40 minutes. Ryan Combs was first contact I inquired with about car I had purchased . Ryan was outstanding very helpful . Mark William's was there the day I returned to purchase very personable. I am a return customer to ricart used cars. First experience was not as great did not care for attitudes of the staff. However the car I purchased was outstanding. I took a chance came back found a good bunch of people staffed at ricart bought an even better car that I am confident I will have many years of trouble free service. More

I first met him in November of 2017 when I accompanied a family member that was purchasing a car and offering a trade in. They were less than pleasant with Mr. Sean in their attempt to "haggle/negotiate" regarding their trade in and the price of the car they were purchasing. Sean did not flinch! He remained professional, sweet and patient from beginning to end. I was so impressed with his dealings with her that I vowed to return to Ricart when it was time for me to buy a car. Amazing first impression and he single handedly changed my perception of a car salesman. A year later (10/27/18) I returned to purchase my new car from Ricart and requested Mr. Sean. He (again), was delightful and made the transaction smooth and fast. I left thrilled with my decision and pep in my step. Sadly, less than 60 days later I was in a hit-and-run accident where my new car was totaled. I was physically and financially hurt by the accident. I called Ricart and requested Mr. Sean again. He was empathetic and very informative. When I came back to buy another car 1/19/19 not only had he pulled the list of cars that I had inquired about online, but had several of my picks pulled around with the keys in them running (heat on) so I'd be comfortable in the cold weather for the test drive! What in the world??!! First class service right there. In the freezing cold, he then helped me empty the Enterprise rent-a-car and load my new car, then drove with me to return the rent-a-car. I wanted to hug that sweet man. Again, I left Ricart smiling. I will recommend him and Ricart to anyone I hear speak of their need for a car. You guys have made a wonderful decision hiring that young man. Keep up the good work Pumpkin! More

Worst Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had For five years I have been buying vehicles for my company and by far this has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This is kind o For five years I have been buying vehicles for my company and by far this has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This is kind of lengthy so I wanted to mention at the beginning of my review that Ricart has ridiculous hold times and every time I would call I would get bounced around for 3-5 minutes before I actually got to speak to someone. I called on 1/2 and spoke to Colton. I expressed interest in buying a 2016 Malibu. I told him I will pay by check or wire transfer, which ever is easier for him. He emails me the purchase agreement. I call back the next day to start the process and he is off work. Spoke to who I thought was Scotty (it turns out they do not have anyone there by that name) and he tells me to call back when Colton is there. I call back on Friday 1/4 and spoke to Hannah. She was very nice and cordial and said that there was no record of me calling in on Thursday. Told her what was going on and she said she would FedEx the documents for me to sign. Monday 1/7 comes and goes and the documents were never delivered. Called back on Tuesday 1/8 and Hannah was off. Spoke to Nate who is not the friendliest guy and he acted put out the whole time. Told him I was ready to buy, just needed Ricart's bank info and the documents. Never heard back so I call back on 1/9. Nate gives me wrong bank routing number and still no documents. Called back and spoke to Cody who told me he would send bank info. Never got it. Luckily, I have a smart CFO who was able to find the correct routing number for Ricart's bank. Funds were transferred that day. Call back on 1/10 to confirm they received the funds and to see when the Malibu could be picked up. I was transferred (no lie) 10 times! All I wanted to do was to speak to someone who could confirm they received the funds. Finally spoke to Lorenzo who was to confirm they received the funds. Received dealer documents on 1/14, signed and return via UPS same day. Two days later Colton confirms they received the documents (its a one day transit) but still have more documents they want me to sign. I have never seen a dealership with so much disfunction and lack of interest in selling a vehicle. You would think when someone calls and says they are ready to buy with cash in hand the dealership would jump on it. It should not take more than two weeks to purchase a vehicle that is sitting on the lot. If it were not for the convenience of location to our Columbus shop I would have nixed this deal after dealing with them for two days. More
