Great Experience, Great People! We have been thinking about how we could get another car, ( our credit is not it’s best ) a nice looking and mechanically sound car. Ricart used cars We have been thinking about how we could get another car, ( our credit is not it’s best ) a nice looking and mechanically sound car. Ricart used cars had helped us in the past but, that was 10 years ago but, we went down to try anyway. We arrived and the young man ( Josh ) who greeted us, he was amazing, friendly, informative, courteous and an overall gentleman ( you don’t find that at all dealerships). We had chosen a car off their website. Josh immediately brought it around for us to look at it and test drive. It was just as the website described even better in person. We were excited but, cautious because of our credit. We were sure we were going to be told I’m sorry but, we can’t help at this time. To our surprise it was the complete opposite! Josh came back and told us the good news he was as excited as we were and we started the journey to owning a very amazing Mercury Milan Premier. From the time we entered the parking lot until we left, we were treated with kindness and respect by everyone from Josh who greeted us to the cashier who took our down payment. I cannot not remember everyone’s name who we worked with, I’m very sorry.
