After buying a Mitsubishi outlander, I put 8000 miles on it. The shifter is dangerous, if you slide the shifter up for park your in reverse. And if your windows are down with the car idling you smell antifr it. The shifter is dangerous, if you slide the shifter up for park your in reverse. And if your windows are down with the car idling you smell antifreeze nauseous. So I got rid of it. John Thorton did a really nice job for me. Purchased a 2020 dodge Durango SRT no issues with that.Car. I hired John when I was a sales manager 20 some years ago. I recently bought two cars and he was always outgoing and knowledgeable. I purchased a vehicle not even a month ago, it had quit working not even 72 hours after purchasing the vehicle it has been in shop ever since. I finally was able to pick it up Tuesday night and had talked working not even 72 hours after purchasing the vehicle it has been in shop ever since. I finally was able to pick it up Tuesday night and had talked to the guys about trading or selling it back it was too late to do anything next morning I am on my way to work to have more issues with car so it got taken back to dealership where I was told the issues from the time I purchased the car were in fact the problems then some. So I ask about selling or trading in and I was made to sit there in silence, then greeted with I'm sorry but unless you put x down we can't help you. Didn't pull my credit didn't look at any vehicles. Basically a big F you but hey you can bring your car back as many times as it takes ti fix the car. What. Joke. More
