Best car buying experience one could dream of! Our sales representative, Mark Williams, was awesome to deal with! We live out of state and came to Ricart because of the reputation of Ricart being Our sales representative, Mark Williams, was awesome to deal with! We live out of state and came to Ricart because of the reputation of Ricart being the #1 Ford dealer in WV (LOL, even though they are located in Ohio). When we spoke with Mark about the crossover we wanted, the follow up was great. He communicated with us on a regular basis and guided us to applying for financing online. We did so and when we drove the 4 hours to get to the dealership, our Lincoln MKX Reserve was waiting for us and ready to go. We looked the vehicle over, took a quick test drive and signed the documents. The rest is history. This may well be the last vehicle I own (age factor in there somewhere) and I definitely feel that we got it right! If we buy again, we will shop at only one dealership and use the same associate. By the way, the MKX is everything a person could possibly expect from the Lincoln reputation. More

Once we told her what we were looking for, we found our car less than 10 minutes after arriving. We took the car for a test drive, chose to buy it, and drove off the lot with it a few hours later. She is very pleasant and desires to see her customers happy. If I could, I would give her more than five stars. Our Business Manager was Cass Powers. Like Gina, he was very pleasant and professional. My family and I cannot thank them enough for a great car buying experience. We have been customers of Ricart for 21 years and will be coming back for any purchases in the future. More

After test driving I needed a couple days to think it over. In the meantime, I went back and forth with Matt thinking I wanted an Explorer. He was very accommodating and put my mind at ease that I wasn’t being crazy. I finally settled on the Edge, Matt was not available the day I could finalize everything but he made sure I was taken care of by his coworker, Jon, who was just as accommodating and reassuring.
