Greeted when I showed up, and was directed to where my salesperson was. Candice was working with me via text and I LOVE THAT FEATURE. Got to her and she was amazing. Took the time to explain where we were on price, and pulled up the site and wrote down all of the cars we were interested in and then found them. Sat in them and made sure we liked how it felt before even driving. We ended on Ford Flex and fell in love with it. I cannot speak more highly of her patience, kindness, and straightforward approach. You need more people like her. And the managers? I met 4 of them. Just by thrm coming g by to say hi, check on things and be present. The financial part was a breeze. Found a payment we could work with, got a warranty and, signed in less than 20 minutes. I left feeling great about my purchase, and a husband that loves his car for the first time in years. We will be coming back within the year for my lease and I look forward to the many more years of working with Ricart and hopeful Candice too!!! More
