Taesha was awesome and did print one off for me as I do not access to a printer. My two front tires were replaced for free which I greatly appreciated. Everyone was very nice to me as I waited for my car while my tires were being replaced. They all loved my dog and made sure she got lots of treats and attention. Thank you for replacing my two front tires at no charge. I really do appreciate that service. More

Ricart was really not willing to negotiate on the price at all which I think is unfortunate especially because we were previous customers. Maybe because they are so large? My service and ease of transaction was great. Lauren was very sweet and friendly and did not pressure a sale which was very nice. We would visit her again for sure! More

Greast experience This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Ricart with Jeff Kuhlman. Jeff is knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. He gets to know you and does This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Ricart with Jeff Kuhlman. Jeff is knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. He gets to know you and does everything he can to make this a smooth process. I hate the car buying process and finance haggling. Not the case with us. First in 2016 bought a 2013 Buick Verano with Jeff, I told him how much I could afford per month he gave me 2 choices both good cars and after test drives had me choose the one to work the deal. Within 4hrs I was out the door with the Verano keys. Four months later online we found a F350 truck I called Jeff he held it until we could get to Ricart and the purchase was over in less than 3 hours. Monday 10/8 the 2013 Verano was wrecked on 10/11/2018 late afternoon I called Jeff again told him about another Verano on the Ricart website he pulled it off the lot and had it ready waiting for me to test drive. We finished the deal and was home in less than 2hrs. Jeff is fabulous to deal with; we will not go anywhere else to buy a car or truck. Thank you Ricart! Good People! More

He said to me he looked at several cars and he knew this would be the one that I would fall in love with and I did. Since we were going through bankruptcy I had to be handed off to Rick Johnson in financing for the rest of my deal. Rick is a great guy to work with, very easy to get along with and work hard to get you satisfied. They do not judge you for the difficult situation that you were currently in they treat everybody with respect. He got me in at a lower monthly payment then I thought I would and I was so impressed with him we went back to him two months later to purchase another car For my husband. I highly recommend Rick Johnson to work with and Ricart ford in general. More
