I love how everyone at this dealership is so helpful and friendly. When you get there sometime comes out and politely greets you, then ask you what they can help you with instead of pushing you aggressively friendly. I walked into this dealership with an almost impossible credit situation. Every single place I went to before them declined me. I live almost an hour away but decided to try ricart as a last option. I was credit situation. Every single place I went to before them declined me. I live almost an hour away but decided to try ricart as a last option. I was connected to Dezmond Walker right away and he immediately proved to be authentic and truly cared about my situation. I went from thinking I had to wait a year to buy a car or go to a buy here pay here to leaving with a car that was absolutely perfect. It was only two years old and under 20k miles and a payment I could afford. He literally fought for me, cared about my situation and chose the perfect car for me. And he was honest and explained everything the entire time. Professional rockstar!!! I’ve never shopped for a car and felt like I could fully trust the person selling me the car. But this time I did. I will be calling him for every car I get in the future and referring everyone to him. The entire staff here was welcoming and good. But he went so far out of his way to help me. He’s a gem!! In a world where people don’t want to work and every place has bad customer service we should celebrate the Gems. I could go on and on.. he deserves a raise and a promotion!!! He made my year better.
