Not very happy I am not happy with my service. I never received an owner's manual for my car. I called after I had bought the car. The person I talked to told me it I am not happy with my service. I never received an owner's manual for my car. I called after I had bought the car. The person I talked to told me it would take about a month. That was the beginning of July and it is now the end of September. The salesperson that sold me my car said she would check in with me to see how I like the car within a week after I bought the car that was the end of June and she just called me on Saturday September 29th I told her that I never received my owner's manual and she said I can print it off on-line which I don't think is my responsibility I also told her that when I had my oil changed I was told by Ricart that I needed two front tires and I don't think I should have to pay for two front tires. I can't afford to buy two front tires. I'm not very happy and I would not recommend Ricart I've also called her several times and it's taken her a day to get back to me and I was transferred at least 5 times. I work in customer service so I know that I need to deliver good customer service and I don't feel like I did get that from Ricart. More
