Straightforward, efficient, and "For The Customer!" Recently I had the pleasure of visiting The Ricard Used Car Factory and dealing with Millicent and Cass! Upon my first visit, I was a bit lost. I wand Recently I had the pleasure of visiting The Ricard Used Car Factory and dealing with Millicent and Cass! Upon my first visit, I was a bit lost. I wandered around the lot by myself looking at the inventory for a while before I decided to use my brain and ask a rep for some help. Not 5 seconds into the door and Millicent asked if i needed any help or wanted any refreshments or anything. I told her I wanted to find something that fit a specific price range but I didn't plan on finalizing a purchase today. After talking with Millicent about my options and going through the Inventory we found my car (Though I didn't know it at the time). Millicent knew i didn't plan to purchase but she at least wanted to offer me a test drive and to see the car. We took it for a drive and I fell in love with the car from there. Millicent found exactly what i was looking for - Something with decent mileage but a very fair price tag! After the drive, i decided to provide my information to millicent so Ricart could pull my information up on the day i did intend to purchase. However, after some careful thought and financial planning, I authorized them to run my credit. After that, Millicent's boss came to me and advised me of payment options with my down payment. I asked if we could come down on the payment amount considering my down payment and both Millicent and her Supervisor fought for a very fair price for me. After that, I spoke to Cass Powers who also fought for me! He was able to get me a warranty and Gap insurance without raising my payments too much. Both Millicent and Cass did an incredible job getting me a car I love at a fair price and I'll recommend everyone I can to visit ricart for their next car because of the excellent service provided to me by Millicent, Cass, and the wonderful staff at Ricart. Josh was great Everyone- escpically Josh was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And that’s the reason we keep coming back to Ricart. He made us feel welcomed. Drew Harrison was very helpful in getting me the car I was l I've bought 4 cars from Ricart. They've continued to improve each time I've gone back. The first was my 1998 Ford F150 I bought new. The dealers they I've bought 4 cars from Ricart. They've continued to improve each time I've gone back. The first was my 1998 Ford F150 I bought new. The dealers they had then had ripped me off for $4000. I didn't realize it until I had paid the truck off and got the final information. But Ricart has worked to improve the old ways of those type of salesmen. Now it's a pure joy there. More
