Wonderful Sales Person My daughter and I were there on 7/19 to purchase / replace my daughters vehicle, Our sales person was Matthew Disbrow, and I just want you to say that My daughter and I were there on 7/19 to purchase / replace my daughters vehicle, Our sales person was Matthew Disbrow, and I just want you to say that he is one of the nicest people, he was so patient with us even though my daughter kept changing her mind, he kept her payments right where she wanted to be and never attempted to sell her something he knew she couldn't afford on her budget, and he had other customers he was working with and continued to help us,. I wish all sales people could be as nice as he was. Very pleasant experience. Will highly recommend Ricart and Matthew More

Great experience New what I was going in to test drive. Marc had the car pulled up ready to go just had to do the paperwork to do the test drive. I had decided to wait on the purchase, until talking to Matt. He gave me a lot of good information and recommendations based on my situation. Matt was very honest and upfront about where my payments would be and how much car I could get for my money. When its time to trade in the Fusion, I hope Matt is still around because he will be getting another sale from me for sure. I will reccomend him to anyone I encounter shopping for a vehicle. We walked in expecting to see a lot of people making deals and employees greeting peopl We visited this afternoon, (Sunday), at the Mazda dealership. We walked in expecting to see a lot of people making deals and employees greeting people to show them a car. Imagine our surprise to not see anyone. No workers, no customers, no one. We waited 10 minutes then walked over to the information center and inquired if anyone was working today. She said she'd call someone to come help us. In a couple minutes she informed us that someone would be right over from the Ford dealership. We waited another 8 minutes and not one person was in sight, so we left. I guess Ricart employees are so well paid they didn't need our business. We've been ignored before but never have we walked into a business and had the creepy feeling that we were in a syfy movie and all the world's inhabitants died off but us. Thank goodness we only came from the Dublin area and not clear across the state. More

He was very patient and listened to everything that was on my mind and showed me cars that fit my needs (unlike other dealers who ignored what I said). He was also honest about what I could expect to get for what I was willing to pay which really helped me narrow my focus and make a decision. When it came down to the final decision, he worked with me on the payment - this is actually the first time I have ever negotiated a price rather than just accepting what was offered. He worked with me to buy this car but never crossed the line into pressure or bad salesman behavior. Will plan on getting all future cars here as well. More
