Allowed a car exchange 2 weeks after purchase As a previous Ricart Used car customer, we looked forward to working with Ricart once again for our car purchases. We had worked with Thomas Rodney be As a previous Ricart Used car customer, we looked forward to working with Ricart once again for our car purchases. We had worked with Thomas Rodney before and found that he had been promoted to management. Thomas is an extremely pleasant person, very dedicated to his job and even offered his cell number should we need any assistance in the future. We paired up with Dante Dela Rosa, a salesperson on Thomas' team. Although we came into the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind, Dante's recommendation allowed us to find a better fit for our needs. Dante is extremely knowledgable about Kia! Dante is friendly and helpful, he's also a talented photographer so we found out! We happily went home with a barely used 2016 Kia Sorento. Much to our dismay the vehicle had an overwhelming perfume smell that no amount of cleaning could remove, but we had already owned the car for 2 1/2 weeks! Completely distraught with our situation, we contacted Thomas via his cell phone about what to do, and yes, he IMMEDIATELY answered his cell phone on a Friday evening AFTER hours. He reassured us that he would fix the problem. True to his word, he worked it out that we could exchange the car the very next day. Ricart was under no obligation to make this exchange for us, but thanks to Thomas Rodney, we are VERY happy with our 2017 Kia Sorento SX. Thank you Dante for suggesting the Sorento in the first place and THANK YOU Thomas for your kindness and understanding and your dedication to your job and your customers! Great car buying experience Unfortunately i had to file for bancruptcy recently due to an injury at work that caused me to loose income from my regular job and was not able to do Unfortunately i had to file for bancruptcy recently due to an injury at work that caused me to loose income from my regular job and was not able to do my side job. There were many CAR people that contacted me to sell me a car but after trying a place that was highly recommended and having a bad experience i responded to Rick Johnson's letter. I called him and explained my situation financialy. He treated me with the utmost respect and actually made me feel better about my predicament. I told him the kind of car i wanted and some basic information and he said he would get back to me asap. The very next day he called me to tell me he had me approved for a certain amount of money and asked when i would like to come in to look at some cars. The amount surprised me in that i was able to buy a very nice car only three years old. I was at the dealership when they had my car in the shop for a thourough check over. They also changed the oil and filter and replaced the brake pads and rotors. The car was then sent to cleanup were they made it look brand new. The car was ready the following day by 10:00 am. Rick called me right away and by 12:00 noon the papers were signed and i drove away in my 2014 mustang. I am 1000% pleased with the way Rick Johnson helped me in a difficult time.
