Total Ripoff Went to Ricart to trade my 2007 Mustang in. Was told by their Sales Manager I would need at least $5,000 down because I was upside down in loan. I l Went to Ricart to trade my 2007 Mustang in. Was told by their Sales Manager I would need at least $5,000 down because I was upside down in loan. I left went to a different Dealer where I was actually given trade in value, and with $500 down drove off with a new vehicle. I will never shop Ricart again. More

Great people to deal with but their phone system stinks I dealt with James Davison and Ben Kirea and they where both very helpful and friendly to deal with. Smell in inside We recently purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago and there was an odor inside. The salesman promised us it just came back from being cleaned. After searching for the odor we have found old food and dog food. My wife is getting sick from the smell and we were told the car is as is. We will be reporting this to the bbb. More
