I wanted a particular car but he laso showed me other options in the same pice and size range which helped make a wise decision. Brian also made courtesy followup calls/ email the following day and a week after purchase.. We only had 3 issues- its takes so long for everything to get finalised-several hours to be exact!. 2). We got a car with an empty gas tank!. We traded a car that had 3/4 full.. anyway i though it would be courteous to get the same or maybe dealerships dont give gas anymore after one buying a car!. 3). Deeply, Deeply dissapointed by the finance guy!!!. He was trying to sell us one of the company’s packages and thats ok but he got mad at us when we said no.. then his tone of voice changed and everything went south from there. More
