Stress free car shopping We have been shopping for a vehicle for months, heard alot of salesmen tell us we would not find a better vehicle, a better price, less miles, etc. C We have been shopping for a vehicle for months, heard alot of salesmen tell us we would not find a better vehicle, a better price, less miles, etc. Catrice was very helpful via text messaging which convinced us to drive almost 2 hours to your faciliity. Once there we were assigned to Ben Kirea since Catrice was off that day. Ben was very patient with us, allowed us to drive multiple calls, located them very promptly and answered all of our questions. He was never a "pushy" salesman and was helpful throughout. The only negative of the day was the fact that we had "assumed" there was a navigation system in our vehicle and when we went to leave we asked Ben to assist us in setting it....he tried but ended up getting a co-worker and THEN we found out there was NO navigation system. All paperwork was signed and we had been there for 5-6 hours at this point and really liked our car...but had really wanted a navigation system. Truck Purchase I went to Ricart a few weeks ago and purchased a used truck. I scheduled an appointment with one of the workers for the following Saturday. We were I went to Ricart a few weeks ago and purchased a used truck. I scheduled an appointment with one of the workers for the following Saturday. We were promptly given the keys for a test drive and told to have fun and come back whenever we were done. We spoke with the salesman and worked out a price on the truck and then began negotiations with our trade. I would have liked to have gotten a little more for the trade but think it was a fair price. The price of the truck didn't go down much, but Ricart tends to have the best prices already. So all in all the numbers worked out. The salesman was very kind and didn't pressure us what so ever. In the end I ended up with an excellent used truck. One of the keys had a dead battery and they made sure to get that fixed the following week, the service department had already closed for the day. The used car section is extremely clean and has a TON of TVs along with free snacks and drinks. I was impressed with how fast we were in and out, even on a super busy day. I have bought a motorcycle from them previously, and was somewhat impressed by service. But this time I was really blown away. Will be going back when it is time to get my wife a new vehicle. More

Biggest Selection in Columbus, Great experience with Colten! I have dealt with Ricart a couple of times. Most of the time they offered a competitive price at once. And the reason I'm writing this review is I want to appreciate Colten, the sales person whom I dealt with. He had NO BS and was very resourceful and helpful to find my car.
