SALES PROCESS WASTOO TIME CONSUMING AND CUMBERSOME I have purchased 20 to 30 cars in my lifetime, however your sales process is cumbersome and very time consuming. I had to make three trips and several I have purchased 20 to 30 cars in my lifetime, however your sales process is cumbersome and very time consuming. I had to make three trips and several calls to get the information I needed to make a decision. I have been in sales for years and understand selling is a process that you follow step by step. But when I have a seasoned client I cut to the chase and provide the information requested. Don't show me a monthly payment sheet with terms and price ranges. Tell me the price, and the payment and we're done. Abdoulaye was an excellent sales person,but he wanted to follow the process in place and that aggravated me.My time is valuable I could have made the decision within 10 minutes. The paper work process also was time consuming I waited 45 minutes before I sat with the closer,even though I gave the specific time I would be there. As I said I have been in sales a long time and more importantly Management, respecting people time should be service number one. More
