During the test drive, Greg noticed the AC was not as cool as it should be and had it charged without even having to ask. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and truly made the process as easy as possible. When I got home, I realized I had forgotten my garage door opener, but a quick text to Greg and he tracked it down for me. He really went above and beyond for us.
