Buying a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Was greeted right at the door and directed where to go and wait while they summoned my salesperson. Only down side was the vehilce was clean but not detailed like I expected it to be. It needed some amorall on the dash let alone other places. Even my wife noticed it was kind of dirty on the inside when I showed her the car when I got home. More

We made an appointment under the explicit understanding that we would be able to see a specific car that we found on the web site. The sales rep agreed that we would call before leaving home to confirm that this vehicle would be available after the hour that we would need to travel to Ricarts. When we arrived the rep told us that the vehicle was no longer available. We would no have canceled our trip but were disappointed that we were not told the truth when we called. The sales rep showed us several other vehicles and we were very pleased with the assortment of vehicles and the price range. We found and purchased the ideal vehicle that met all of our requirements, i e - model, mileage, price, etc. We had a unique situation in that we had to get the funds to pay for our car wire transfered from our retirement investments. We would have preferred to give a $2,000 non-refundable deposit to hold the car until the wire transfer transaction could be completed but were told that 'Ricarts would not hold a vehicle' even with a non-refundable deposit. We wrote a check for the price (against my better judgement) which 'floated' until the wire transfer was completed. The transfer took several days. The purchase was completed successfully and after the anxiety of checking our bank account 3 or 4 times a day each day that it took, things finally worked out. After all, we got a vehicle that we are very pleased with and Ricarts got one more satisfied customer! More

I got the car I wanted!!!! After filing bankruptcy I wasn’t sure if all the letters I was getting about a new car were spam or if they were going to really be able to help me.. Best car buying experience in a long time! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good experience with buying a car. I started off at Ricart over 20 years ago when I leased a truck for 2 years. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good experience with buying a car. I started off at Ricart over 20 years ago when I leased a truck for 2 years. Not sure why I left but to be honest afterwards it was just one after another of bad experiences. So It was time to get into a vehicle and we started off at a different dealership but I got the same old feeling like this guy could care less if he took care of us. At that moment I told my fiancé we are done with this place and we started to look around elsewhere. I told him I remember dealing with Ricart along while back that maybe we should go there. He agreed and off we went. We met Dustin at the door where he immediately introduced his self and made us feel welcomed like we were family. In just a matter of a few hours he had helped us look thru vehicles, find one, test drive, finance it and wrap up the entire deal! But at the same time took the time to get to know us as people. It’s a large world we live in nowadays and this man put a impression in our lives that we will always remember. We will be return customers for life including referring all of our family and friends.
