Bad experience I was ver unhappy with my recent experience trying to buy a used Jeep from Ricart sales person Ben Kiera. First, I feel I was shortchanged on my trade I was ver unhappy with my recent experience trying to buy a used Jeep from Ricart sales person Ben Kiera. First, I feel I was shortchanged on my trade it and Salesmen made it clear from start he would not negotiate on anything pretty arrogantly. Also he did not make it clear that the Jeep Compass didn't have some standard common options (power doors and windows) I think hoping that I wouldn't notice since most folks assume new cars have those options standard, Ben should have been more forthright on that up front to the customer, I even asked him about a FOB which he said was missing and only had a key. I noticed this on the way home and had to return the next day to swap out a car I was not 100% crazy about but 'had' to choose something at that point. The second Jeep I chose I was not informed it had no spare tire, again something I noticed later. I expected more direct and honest dealings with Ricart and feel sales person was more interested in his commission then my satisfaction with my car purchase. I was very unhappy with my experience at Ricart and I will not be back ever again. More

Ricart In It's Finest Hour I went into Ricart Mega Mall last week looking to purchase my first car on my own. I did not know what I could afford, so I started in the new Ford se I went into Ricart Mega Mall last week looking to purchase my first car on my own. I did not know what I could afford, so I started in the new Ford section to see what I liked, as well as what would be in my budget. I don't have the best credit, so a new car was out of the question. I then went across the lot to the Used Car Factory where I met a sales rep named Dustin. He said he has been there for 14 years, and he really knew his stuff. Buying this car, as well as the experience as a whole, became so much more than just a simple purchase, all thanks to Dustin. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge, and helped me discover my perfect car, and he made it become affordable by working with (I think his name) is Sean the sales manager. Not only did Dustin sell me a car, but he helped me learn a lot about life in just a single day. I have always had issues with the unknown and uncertainty in all aspects of my life, but he built confidence in me, so not only did I grow up and make a decision to purchase the car, but later that night I proposed to my girlfriend, and she said yes. Some people may read this and say that "acting like a friend is just a sales tactic to sell a car," but this was not it. It was sincere, honest and genuine. I could not say enough about how he helped me look at life as a whole. I honestly feel like I could call him for any life advice, and he would take time out of his day to help me. Because of all of his kindness, when it comes time for my fiance to get a new car, there is no doubt in my mind that we will return and work with him, as well as the Ricart staff. More

Ricart Ford - 2016 Escape purchase - Positive experience Our salesman Rick Johnson helped us to purchase the correct mid-size SUV. We drove at least 5 different cars, (4 Escapes and a Kia Sportage). We felt the Sportage was a solid vehicle and a great pice but we also enjoyed the 2.5L 2016 Ford Escape. Rick pointed out the differences between the 1.6L escape (Eco-Boost - Turbo infusion) and the 2.5L which was not. We were at an impasse on our selection, but Rick was quick to list the pros and cons of each of the vehicles we test drove and led us to the car we liked and it was the best value. Rick is a real Pro and would refer him to anyone who is looking to buy a quality vehicle. More
