Preston was a huge help getting me into my Silverado. I was actually looking at another one on the lot and the sticker price was about 5k difference. Found the car I wanted, received video, was assured there was no odor multiple times. Flew from out of state, arrived and test drove the car. Ran like a charm. Wrote Ricart, and their Customer Service team said they couldn't know what the previous owner had done in the vehicle. Shame on me for trusting and believing and purchasing. Shame on Ricart for their lack of integrity. More
