Great Car Salesman! When we arrived at Ricart we intended on looking at new Mazdas and after wandering the lot for 45 minutes, no one came to help us like we were told. I drove over 2 hrs to buy this truck and had the 3m and undercoating applied. Matt from the undercoating place was amazing and answered questions and kept me up to speed on everything. When I picked up my truck it looked like nothing had been done to the inside. The dash and everything was still dusty and the carpets didn’t look like they had even been vacuumed . The outside was the only thing that looked like it had been cleaned. We were considering trading in my wife’s car and purchasing another one for her but after this experience I don’t think it was worth my drive. For what you spend on a vehicle and the 3m application you would think they would make sure everything was done right and you were a satisfied customer but I guess as long as you check cash’s that’s all that matters. More

A lot of hurdles that we cleared thanks to Shawn Cottrill We're the last people you want to try and sell a car to. A business owner with bad credit. We walked in and Shawn greeted us at the door. We let him know out situation and our worries about being able to get a car, but we needed help getting out of the money pit that we'd been driving for the last 5 years. It took a while and a few visits, but we finally made it work and I can't thank Shawn enough for working with us and following up. We were at another dealership a month ago with the same issue and he didn't even feel the need to call us back when the vehicle we were waiting to get back from a service visit arrived. Very Impressed out of state buyer I was looking for a specific car on the internet. Found what I was looking for at Ricart. The only problem is that I live 400 miles from the dealershi I was looking for a specific car on the internet. Found what I was looking for at Ricart. The only problem is that I live 400 miles from the dealership and couldn't see the car personally. I called to inquire about the car talking to Chase George. He checked to make sure the car was exactly what I was looking for. He also inspected the body and paint to make sure it was in good condition. I was 100% positive that he had my best interest in being happy and not just trying to make a sale. We agreed on the final price and then he worked on getting the car held for me. I got a flight from Western North Carolina to Columbus OH. Chase picked me up at the airport. He had all paper work ready to go when we got to the dealership. And best of all... The price was what he said from the beginning. No hidden extras. He was very knowledgeable of the technical workings of the car and took time to show them to me.
