There was no pressure from the staff. I simply stated what I wanted and they made it happen. Which is pretty awesome considering I'm just a normal guy and wasn't purchasing anything fancy. In addition, it was a pretty quick process too. These guys were far more fuel efficient than the vehicle I purchased! Thanks for a great experience. More

Great Experience This was our first time going to Ricart to look for a car. We were greeted by Brian Kimball who helped us talked through what we were looking for and This was our first time going to Ricart to look for a car. We were greeted by Brian Kimball who helped us talked through what we were looking for and what we could afford. Without feeling the pressure of purchasing a "new" car (new to us), we were able to explore the lot and look at what was available rather than surfing the web. Brian made it a very pleasant end to end experience and erased the phobia of stereotypical car sales associate pressuring people into purchasing something they didn't want/need. Thank you Brian for making the end to end process of purchasing a car a pleasant and non-pressuring experience. We will defiantly be back and recommend to our family and friends to come to Ricart. I also want to mention Drew Elford in Finance, he made the whole process of signing documents that reminded me of signing for a mortgage, a very smooth and understandable process. More

Helpful, not high-pressured De'Shawn was helpful in taking us around to look at many cars. It was a very cold day and the parking lot was ice and slush. De'Shawn tracked up and De'Shawn was helpful in taking us around to look at many cars. It was a very cold day and the parking lot was ice and slush. De'Shawn tracked up and down with us in the parking lot until we were content with what we had seen. We then wanted to go inside to compare what we had seen with the pages we had printed off the internet. De'Shawn conducted additional research to determine the status of the vehicles we were still interested in. We then requested that he pull the four vehicles we were looking at together in the parking lot so we could compare them side-by-side, and De'Shawn was happy to do that. De'Shawn did everything we requested and acted like it was his pleasure to do so if it helped us figure out which was the best car for us. He was not high-pressured. Once we had established which cars were too small for our preference, De'Shawn helped us distinguish other similar cars that were the same size to help eliminate those that would be too small. His familiarity with the models and sizes of each model helped save us time. We ended up buying two cars! Thanks, De'Shawn for taking your time with us as though you had all the time in the world! Nate was also helpful. He came over and pulled up the Carfaxes so we could see if the vehicles had been wrecked previously, etc. He wanted to make sure we were getting our questions answered and got the assistance we needed to have a great buying experience.
