Writing to provide a review of Ryan Combs’ performance in helping us purchase an F-150 Limited. In a word, Ryan was superb. He was exceptionally responsive, always responding to our text and calls within s helping us purchase an F-150 Limited. In a word, Ryan was superb. He put together a comprehensive listing of all of the dealership’s F-150s and talked me through key features of the different models and their luxury packages. He also bent over backwards to send me individual packets on the vehicles I expressed interests in. Ryan not only was there for us early in the mornings, but also late into the evenings. He was extremely fast in drafting our proposal and presenting it to his manager. He was also thorough in explaining the dealership’s limitations and challenges regarding all cash purchases and how the computer software works in helping set the prices for vehicles. This helped us understand why certain elements of negotiation are not really applicable. Ryan was very patient with us, and we very much appreciated it. Because of Ryan’s personal touches and care, we will definitely consider your dealership first when we purchase our next vehicle. More
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My salesman Dezmond Walker explained that my truck came with two keys. Upon taking deliver the truck, only has one key present. Dez explained he would let me know the following day regarding the second key. Two days later I still had not heard from Dez so I called leaving a message and emailed asking for update. No response from Dez! I continued to call each day with no luck. I realized my calls were not going to be taken by Dez. So I called and ask for the sales manager (Steven Walker) who agreed Dez has made a mistake in telling me the truck had to keys when it only had one. After discussing the situation with a couple different phone calls Steven Walker agreed to pay for replacement cost of key. I received payment today for half the price of the replacement key which was NOT the agreement. After further inspection of the service repairs and maintenance that was provided by the Ricart dealership prior to selling the truck, I found the dealership installed the wrong engine oil in the truck. IT’s A DIESEL ENGINE. Not a gas engine! The engine requires motorcraft 5w30 FA-4 diesel engine oil. Not MOTORCRAFT SAE 5W-30 API GF-5 gasoline engine oil. This dealership is very incompetent. As for the remaining half payment of the key you still owe me. You can keep it. I will not be coming back. More

I was looking for a car for my lady and while I was there there was a dream car of mine up for a good price. I shot a shot in the dark. I thought I would be able to get a price for my old car and get into a new one. But I was unfortunately wrong.. this is when ricart went the extra mile for this family. They got me into my dream car with almost equal payments to my old car. I was in so much disbelief I was speechless. When I finally drove off the lot with the new car I felt the true moment of all things I can do now for the kids and lady. More
