Joe Kuznar was awesome in helping me buy my first car at 64! I have never bought a car on my own my whole life and I'm 64 years old. My father passed away in 2007 and I've been driving the 2003 car he picked out for me, but I realized it was time to grown up and buy my first car. I know my dad sent me to Ricart Used Car Factor to work with Joe and the wonderful staff there to help his little girl buy her first car. I also, know my dad was with me in spirit as I brought the car, but I was still a nerves wreck. Joe was so kind, soft spoken and reassuring to me through the whole process of purchasing my car. Lease Concerns I’m giving the dealership 3 stars because they were less than helpful, however I would give Courtney 10 if possible. I’m currently leasing a Hyundai t I’m giving the dealership 3 stars because they were less than helpful, however I would give Courtney 10 if possible. I’m currently leasing a Hyundai through Ricart, and the gentleman I spoke to was less than helpful. I needed to find out when the last payment is due, he gives me the number to Ford....for my Hyundai. Clearly that got me nowhere. The vehicle is in my dads name and the gentleman advises he needs my dads signature. Makes sense, however my dad is not in Ohio. He didn’t have much to sayin what could be done. So basically I’m still stuck with a car I no longer need. I was venting to Courtney on this experience, and she immediately stepped in with helpful information on who to call regarding remaining payment and is asking her deparment, which is NOT the department that should be assisting with this, for help. I’m beyond grateful for her help. More
