Since my work hours are the same as my credit union, I was very limited to the times I could come in and it was right before Thanksgiving when I was headed out of town for vacation. I was working previously with another rep (Amber) and found a car that I was interested in and wanted to purchase. They would not hold it for me (even though it was closing time) and I was not able to come in Friday due to going out of town. The only way they would do anything is if I attempted to go through their financing. I am working on my credit and going to be buying a house in the next year and half so I did not want my credit pulled again. I really liked the car, so when I came back Sunday, I called and the car was still available. I came in and Chris was very helpful and willing to do everything over the phone with me. By him taking the time to work with me and my schedule, he saved the sale and my business. I was very tempted to go elsewhere, but he worked with me and my schedule and found a solution that was best! Thank you! More
