Horrible nightmare This place was the worst experience of my life! Me the sales man john and he was nice and patient. Found a car and then we met Jeremy the finance guy, This place was the worst experience of my life! Me the sales man john and he was nice and patient. Found a car and then we met Jeremy the finance guy, he was so rude we walked out. Nate the manager called us and promised to make right if we gave them another chance. So we found another car we really wanted. Nate faxed the purchase order to our bank (to avoid dealing with Jeremy).Signed the loan agreement. Called at told them we have a check in our hands and on our way to pick up the car. They said they would have it ready. They knew we had a 1 an half hour drive. 5 minutes before we arrive they called and said the car was sold. We left work early spent 4 hours running to the bank, driving down there and back in rush hour traffic, for nothing!!! We called Nate and he said sorry, I dropped the ball. He said he would give us a call back. Do you think he did? No!!! More

Didn't pressure me into buying more than I needed, or at a price higher than my budget allowed. Overall I would absolutely recommend this store to someone looking for a car. Teenager car I had researched on-line before coming and wanted to see and feel cars in person. As advertised, Ricart had largest selection available on lot so it was one stop to see everything we were considering. I wasn't planning on making a purchase during this visit as we were evaluating options. The car and price were right so I decided we were done with research and to make the purchase. Brian, our salesperson, was great. He treated me (mom) and my daughter with respect, greeted us as we got out of the car and provided the right level of technical info for me. The financing took longer than anticipated. Partly because I had not researched this yet as I wasn't planning on buying during this visit. And, partly because the dealership was very busy. Overall, I was very impressed with the Ricart campus, availability, and service. I will definitely make the 30 minute drive from Dublin the next time we are in the market. More
