We went to look at a Ford Edge and ended up bu My sister-in-law had a bad experience with Ricart a few years ago and I was hesitant to work with them. We went to look at a Ford Edge and ended up buying another different one from them. I worked wtih Steve Walker on most of the deal and with the finance and he was very courteous and attentive. We had a few problems and he dealt with them promptly and kept me informed on what was going on. Our deal was a little out of the norm and Steve handled it very well. Everybody I dealt with there was very friendly and attentive. Would definately recommend Ricart to deal with. More

Great from Start to Finish This was my first dealership purchase and I had a wonderfully pleasant car buying experience at Ricart from start to finish. First of all, their car s This was my first dealership purchase and I had a wonderfully pleasant car buying experience at Ricart from start to finish. First of all, their car selection is huge! They have good quality cars, new and used for anyone's budget. I started with the online quote and was immediately contacted by Ms. Catrice. Catrice was very patient and helpful with my financial requirements, her communication was awesome and she was very professional. Unfortunately, i didn't make it in to buy before she took leave but she passed on my account information and requests to Ms. Courtney and Courtney was amazing as well! When i arrived for my appointment, I was immediately greeted at the door by staffers, welcomed to coffee and fresh popcorn as i waited for Courtney. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I told Courtney what i narrowed my choices down to and she didn't try to pressure me out of my desired price range. She took her time showing and explaining the key features of the cars as I was test driving, and provided her inside knowledge bc she owned the same car. She explained the next step in purchasing and what to expect with the finance department and provided a warm introduction to Mr. Six. Ryan was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He was even able to get me a better interest rate for a lower note payment than i expected. He also provided me with some great financial advice on how to prepare and proceed for future purchases. After the paper work was signed, he took me to the window to make my deposit and she was also pleasant. Courtney came back, had the car washed, changed over my plates and seen me off the HUGE lot. The whole process was easy and harassment free. I was recommended by a friend and i definitely recommend Ricart to anyone searching for a car. More
