Horrible I first submitted my finance information, thoroughly via website. As well I called in, and spoke with a friendly gentleman who said he would call me b I first submitted my finance information, thoroughly via website. As well I called in, and spoke with a friendly gentleman who said he would call me back and did not. So I called back and reached Dibian, I explained that I live over an hour away, and my major concern was my financing, and wanted to clear that before I drove over an hour in. Dibian said, sure, come on in we are flexible in how we can approach that. So I go in, wait off an on for 2 1/2 hours for a offer that was not going to work for me. I was upset, just due to the fact I had made myself very clear I didn't want to drive in for a waste of time. So my fiance and I left, upset at the waste of time. Almost home I realize Dibian did not give me my I.D. And insurance care back after a test drive. So I call in, was assured it was mailed. I closed a sale at another Car dealership, only thing holding me back was my I.d., plus legally I am not supposed to drive with out it. No one could even over night it??! Seriously. I had to go to DMV and get a copy, so I could get my new car. Not only was this skeezy sales tactic to get us to come back bad, they ran a credit report on my fiance, who bt no means had ever authorized this! So now we are going thru the credit reporting agencies, and will be in touch with management. I am in sales as well, and the only time sales people do this type of maneuver is when they lack sales skill. Not everyone has it. Worst experience to date with a company. More

Disappointing Experience I found the exact car I wanted online and contacted Ricart through their website right away. I received a prompt e-mail response, so I followed up wi I found the exact car I wanted online and contacted Ricart through their website right away. I received a prompt e-mail response, so I followed up with a few more questions through e-mail, just to make sure everything checked out. I finally called the dealership to figure out a way to see the vehicle (I live out of state) and make sure it wasn't sold before I showed up. I called and talked with the salesperson about my situation on a Sunday, who said he would check with the sales manager to see if they could hold the vehicle and that I would get a call back by the end of the day. 30 minutes before the dealership closed, I called and left a message for the salesperson to call me back. I never got that call, so I tried calling again the next day (Monday). On my 2nd attempt that day (4 hours after the first), I got through to the salesperson. I agreed to pay Ricart's asking price and provide a deposit, understanding the dealership would only hold the vehicle for 48 hours. By this point, my options for traveling early in the week were shot, so I told the salesperson that I wouldn't be able to make the trip until Friday. He agreed that either he or another salesperson would call me first thing Wed. morning to take my deposit to hold the vehicle (this was late Monday afternoon). Flash forward to Wednesday - Given the salesperson's history of not returning my calls, I called him 15 min. after the dealership opened. The guy I was working with was off that day, so I talked to his counterpart who acknowledged that he had a note with my name & phone number, but no indication of what he was calling me about. After I gave him a description of the vehicle and told him I was calling to put down my deposit so I could pick it up on Friday, he told me they sent it to auction THAT MORNING. So, after spending a week trading e-mails, offering a deposit (that they first weren't sure they would take and then would only take 48 hours in advance), leaving messages without returned calls, and preparing to travel and purchase a vehicle, I got to find out that they sent it to auction the day they agreed to take my payment. More
