We started looking a few days ago via internet search and found 4 cars, 1 at Enterprise, 1 at Performance Dodge, and 2 at Ricart. Enterprise was $4000 higher and Performance actually did not have the car in inventory that was advertised. John Thornton worked with us and yesterday we came in, drove the vehicle and made the purchase, all in 4 hours including meeting with the finance manager. This was a flawless and almost painless transaction from beginning to end. More

He was extremely thorough with every vehicle we looked at letting us know the pros/ cons with the cars and making sure my specific needs were met. He wasn't a pushy salesman and made my car buying experience smooth and enjoyable. It's a two hour drive for us to get to Ricart but it was absolutely worth every bit of it. We will definitely be back next time we need another vehicle! More

Above & beyond Being a single mother I was fearful of how having a car payment again was going to fit into my budget. Courtney knew around where I wanted to be payme Being a single mother I was fearful of how having a car payment again was going to fit into my budget. Courtney knew around where I wanted to be payment wise and took her time to find exactly what I wanted. Once I decided which car I wanted (which took a couple days) Beau was able to work his "magic" to make my payment lower than I expected it to be originally. That definitely made me feel better. Now I was left with a dilemma, I had two cars to drive home. My new car and a rental that had an empty gas tank that had to be on full when I returned it. That's where John came to my rescue. He filled up the gas tank and returned the rental for me out of kindness. All in all, in the future I know exactly where I will be going to get a new car!! More
