We had a great salesman but his sales manager was a total arrogant argumentative jerk. We asked for a small dollar amount off and we were attacked as if we insulted his mother. Then when we went to purchase the car and the finance lady was equally deplorable. Her office is down the hall to the left and last door on the right. She pressures into selling extras. I get it that's her job. But how dare we question the services and polity decline. She begins pounding her keyboard, slamming her drawers and one time leaves the office to get something. She slammed the door on the way out. She was frustrated as we read over the paperwork as though that was inconviencing her, I read what I am signing and that is only the in intelligent thing to do. Our experience was horrible and my only hope is the car doesn't give me the same opinion..... the window motor went out within a week. We had that fixed at Matt kia and had a great experience there. I regret giving ricart my business and will never again do that. More

Quick helpful and friendly I was approached by Lorenzo as soon as i got out of my car and he was very helpful ! Drew Harrison was our salesman and did a fantastic job of assisting us in our search. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, which we loved! However, after getting home with our purchase, we quickly found out that the Nissan was not big enough to accommodate our expanding family ( we are expecting our 5th child soon). In a slight panic, I called the dealership back and spoke to Brian Durst (as Drew was off that day). Brian reassured me and told me to bring the Nissan back that day and they would take care of us. When my husband and I brought the Nissan back later that day, Bryan was working with another customer so Cameron Deitrich helped us out in our search for a mini-van that would better fit our family. Once again, Cameron was excellent and patient with us in helping us find the perfect vehicle ( a 2016 Kia Sedona) for our family's needs. Also, Roy Duffy assisted us on the management end and he was a pleasure to work with as well! From Drew to Brian to Cameron and Roy, our entire experience was an A+ rating at Ricart! I would definitely recommend Ricart to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! More

Missed out on the perfect review for couple reseasons. Already had my car picked out and what exactly what I was looking for. My salesman (Mark Geiger)was great to work with very informative. I already knew what I was getting so makes things a lot easier going up. Have a few complaints on the place, for starters used to be a time when they'd fill your tank for you when you bought a car. Small complaint on it but when you buy a $$$ and they say we can only give you $20 dollars in gas it's like REALLY. Everything in my mind took just to long, I got there at 3:30 and didn't get out of there till close to 7 and car I was wanting was sitting there waiting to look at, so wasn't shopping around. The lady, Michele, in the financing area and finalizing of the paper work was somewhat rude a few different times and I didn't appreciate that. Started with her contradicting what she thought was a great car rate compared to what I knew I could get back home, then when I didn't want the added warranty she gave me crap about not wanting to spend another $1,900 telling me "do you realize how much it cost to get stuff fixed, it's very expensive, very." Finally she asks me about my other vehicles and I told her my trade in had almost 200,000 and they said could give me much so no trade in. She then had to proceed to tell me, "yeah your car isn't worth anything." Just things I didn't appreciate hearing from her AT ALL when I'm spending $16,000 on a vehicle. Trying to lecture me and taking shots at me wasn't warranted or wanted. Overall I got the car I wanted and good internet savings and my salesman was great to work with. More

He was laid back, up front, and honest with me through the process and I didn't feel pressured.
