Very enjoyable and low pressure!! My wife and I saw 3 trucks on Auto-trader and traveled an hour and a half specifically to this dealership. We had an appointment with Greg and we was My wife and I saw 3 trucks on Auto-trader and traveled an hour and a half specifically to this dealership. We had an appointment with Greg and we was ready for us when we arrived and went out of his way to help us sort through the pros and cons of each truck. Dustin also helped us with some questions that Greg honestly told us that he couldn't answer. I admire that as I work in sales also and you shouldn't be afraid to get assistance when you need it. We ended up purchasing one of the trucks and we're very happy. Greg also rode home with us to drive back with out trade in that they took sight unseen!! That's going above and beyond!!! Great job Greg and Ricart Ford! More

Excellent Sales Consultant I found several different vehicles on line that I was interested in finding out more information. Not long after I sent my inquiry, Chase George repl I found several different vehicles on line that I was interested in finding out more information. Not long after I sent my inquiry, Chase George replied to my questions. After a few exchanges we decided it best I schedule a time to go in and test drive the vehicles and maybe check out more. I had five I was interested when I entered Ricart on Saturday afternoon. He showed them all to me and I decided to only test drive three of the five. The first vehicle was the one I decided to purchase, but not without his help. He helped me decide which would fit me and my life the best. I liked all three, but it was between two that I was struggling with deciding. He was patient with me and knowledgeable of all the vehicles. The finance guy was wonderful as well, his name was James. As well as Brandon Byrd who helped with the trade-in and pricing. The day after I purchased my Toyota Venza, I realized I had left a couple items in my trade-in that I would like to have kept. Chase was quick to retrieve those items for me and I picked them up the next day. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend working with CHASE GEORGE at Ricart for any of your used car needs. He is patient, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I had an excellent experience with him! More
