I purchased my Acadia this week. Unfortunately when I test drove the car it was dirty. Then when we picked it up it was raining. After I got home I was looking over my car I noticed Unfortunately when I test drove the car it was dirty. Then when we picked it up it was raining. After I got home I was looking over my car I noticed overspray all over the hood. Then after further inspection o found a right front fender repair. I believe I could have done a better job. I contacted my sales man who was very professional and apologized that nothing can be done. Needless to say I’m not happy. I now wish I would have purchased a can from a different dealer. Vehicle was properly fixed, but I wish the advisors were more accessible. The internal communication within their service department seems quite inefficient. My vehicle had been left on their lot untouched more accessible. The internal communication within their service department seems quite inefficient. My vehicle had been left on their lot untouched for over a week before I was able to reach one of theirs advisors to tel them about my service needs. I also had to go to their service department in person to find someone because of the difficulty in reaching their advisors. One of the most unsatisfactory item of their communication outcomes was that the work on my vehicle was completed without my knowledge or consent. Upon completion, I reached out to my advisor to verify the condition of my vehicle and was told that it was fully operable. I then asked if a jump pack was needed to start my vehicle upon arrival and was told that was unnecessary. When I had arrived at the service department, I was to told that the battery was dead. In conclusion, I had no complaints regarding the actual service item they had done for me, but the communication skills and protocol requires quite some work. More
