He honest about expectations and has shown on multiple occasions that he won't just tell you what you want to hear in order to get a sale. One last kind gesture Lorenzo did at this last visit was to set up OnStar for me and provided details about the free trial and not providing a credit card initially during the trial, etc. When I was meeting him at the car once the sale was final he was already setting this up. That is the kind of touch that he brings to the deal and it's going above what is expected. Thanks Lorenzo! More

A good organization I had shopped on- line prior to my visit and had picked out the vehicles that I was interested in. When I arrived on a Sunday, Brian Kimball met me a I had shopped on- line prior to my visit and had picked out the vehicles that I was interested in. When I arrived on a Sunday, Brian Kimball met me at the door and showed me to a workstation to get an idea of what I was looking for. He covered the Motor Trend warranty that some cars may be eligible for. I mentioned the brand of the car that I was interested in, he checked their inventory and then we went outside to take a look. I was interested in driving several cars, a few of them were the same models, different trim and years. Brian seemed to be inconvenienced by my request to test drive three cars and said that "they were getting busy" and he wasn't sure if that would be possible. I was insulted. That made me feel like it would be more beneficial for him to get me out the door so he could move on to other customers. He wasn't entirely knowledgeable with the Acura brand, but did his best to answer my questions. Overall I felt rushed. Despite this, an offer was made on the car I wanted and we came to an agreement. Behind the scenes the folks who work out the details on the purchase were easy to work with, they listened and explained everything to my satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership because of their integrity. I felt assured that their used car inventory is at the top of the line, safe, and reasonable. More
